The Nitty, Gritty Advanced Dumbbell Circuit

A workout that was once created in college and has since evolved into a challenge amongst peers.

This circuit, or work-capacity circuit has advanced movements and requires only dumbbells and training experience.  If you are looking for a gasser, a variation in routine, or a just a challenge give this is shot.

Dumbbell Snatch

Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press

Incline Single Arm Dumbbell Row Press

Single Leg RDL

Asymmetrical Dumbbell Lunge

Dumbbell Pass - Push Up

Very best of luck to complete 6 sets. Challenge yourself, but always exercise caution if you start feeling “off.”
