  • 2 avocados
  • 1 Chicken Breast (Large)
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes (peeled, deseeded)
  • 2 Large Hard Boiled Eggs
  • ¼ Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp of Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
