W.O.D. Kettlebell Circuit
Do you only have access to one piece of equipment? Well, if so, do this workout. How about some variation in your training? If so, do this workout. The kettlebell circuit is designed with one piece of equipment, and meant to be performed at your own working capacity. Throw a little spice in your routine and try this out!
ALWAYS WARM-UP FIRST
You will need: 1-Kettlebell – The weight of it can be determined by what you might normally use for dumbbells.
4 sets of 10 reps. Keep your rest periods at 30 seconds or less for an added challenge
