Quick and Easy Breakfast Tacos

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup canned black beans
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp. avocado
  • 2 tbsp. salsa

Ready in 5-7 Minutes

Serves 1  person (2 Tacos)

If you do not want to use the microwave than you can easily whisk your ingredients together and make the egg scramble in a skillet with a little olive oil.
