You should understand why you do what you do, who you're doing it for, and what you're doing today to move you towards your "one thing."

Take Ownership

Change your mindset about your reality. You control how you think about everything in your life. Just because something isn't your fault doesn't mean it's not your responsibility. There is a difference.

Move Everyday

Sitting down at a desk all day isn't bad for you. Not moving, stretching, exercising, and taking care of your body is bad for you.

Learn How To Cook

Take the time to learn how to cook healthy food. Food has been and always will be our #1 medicine. It can also kill you. Figure it out.

Challenge Your Insecurities

WORK on yourself. Meditate every day even though it's really challenging to focus. Try to understand what makes you upset and why. Apologize when you make mistakes. Work to slow things down, work to think critically, work to understand EVERYONE, work to improve how you treat other people. Strive to make the world a better place.
