If you are making these in bulk for meal prep be sure to refrigerate the inside ingredients and add to the wrap the morning of or else it will become soggy.
Heat up 1 tsp of olive oil in skillet and whisk two eggs. Then add eggs to the pan and scramble eggs, spinach, and pico de gallo.
