Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 7 oz plain greek yogurt, nonfat
  • 1 lemon
  • 1- 2 cloves, garlic
  • ¼ tsp Dried dill 1/4 tsp
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ cup chopped Sundried Tomatoes
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach. Chopped or frozen
  • 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tsp oregano, dried
  • ⅓ whole wheat seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Optional: whole wheat burger bun

These are great to prep ahead of time and reheat throughout the week for lunch or dinner. You can also  pair with some homemade sweet potato fries and greens for a well rounded family meal!
