No-Bake Chocolate Protein Balls
These are the perfect pre- or post workout snack if you are on the go. Pair it with some berries or an apple for a complete snack!
Mix all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl until evenly combined If it seems too dry, add a bit more almond milk (it should be similar to cookie dough).
Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into a smooth ball and place on parchment paper. Repeat until the dough is gone.
Should roughly make 15-18 balls. Then let them chill in the fridge for at least one hour before consuming.
