Veggie Cauliflower Crust Pizza
When looking for pre-packaged pizza opt for gluten free, no soy, and limited ingredients.
Remove Cauliflower Crust from package and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Chop up all vegetables while oven is pre-heating.
Put cauliflower crust in oven for 3 minutes and then remove from oven.
Add pizza sauce, chopped vegetables, and fresh mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is slightly brown.
Serve with a side salad if desired and Enjoy!
