Our Class Offerings

TRX Circuit Training

This classic circuit training class features the TRX suspension trainer, a staple fitness tool that forces you to engage your abs and glutes in every exercise for a unique and powerful strength-building effect. TRX exercises will be paired with traditional cardio and strength moves as you rotate around the room for a total body workout every time. 45 minutes. 

HIIT

High-intensity interval training combines strength with conditioning to give you the burn you deserve. We use multiple formats to keep each class fresh, challenging, and fun. Prepare to blast through fat in a safe and effective environment. All levels are welcome!

Move360

Build your strength, improve your agility, and increase your cardiovascular heatlh with this total body workout. Each class you’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, bosu balls, the TRX, battle ropes, stability discs and more for a core, cardio and strength challenge. Different every week, this class is designed to be an efficient and fun workout that will let you leave feeling accomplished.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.  45 minutes.  

Concept Athletics

Concept Athletics is an intermediate/advanced sports performance class with a focus on power, strength and agility. Every movement made in the gym will have a functional application towards the activities you love doing outside of the gym. Expect to lift, jump, sprint, and spin your way to success. 

Silver Strength

Calling all Silver Foxes! Maintain your mobility, strength, and build your bone health with this low impact, total body class.  Class will focus on balance exercises, controlled weight lifting, postural stretches, and fun music selection to keep you looking and feeling younger than ever.  60 minutes.

Concept Sculpt

A low-impact, safe option to build strength and muscle tone. Traditional barbell and dumbbell exercises are paired with core movements for a total body workout. Special focus on sculpting glutes and abs with modifications available for all levels. 45 minutes.

The Women's Open

Sunday’s are officially for the girls. Join us for a supportive, scalable and challenging workout every weekend. Expect to work on basic strength movements such as the squat, deadlift, push ups and planks. Be prepared to learn new exercises that will reward you with incredible results. We like crushing our workouts, but we like to have fun, blast music and empower each other! All levels are welcome. Our drop in rate is $12 and you can join us anytime between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM

All Levels Flow Yoga

This vinyasa style class links breath with movement to find spaciousness in the present moment. The class focuses on breath awareness, building heat in the body, and cultivating stillness of the mind. Students will be guided to meet their edge, observing the body and mind in moments of challenge and ease with non-judgement. The class is open to all levels of practitioners with plenty of modifications and variations offered.

Core

This class is the perfect addition to everybody’s current fitness routine.  Each class features different static and dynamic stretches to increase your mobility as well as corrective exercises designed to improve your postural stability.  You’ll reinforce healthy movement patterns by layering in core exercises designed to strengthen your abs and glutes for an overall healthy spine. Appropriate for all levels.

Concept X

Join Coach Erin for an intermediate/advanced total body workout designed to challenge and progress you through different exercise cycles.  You’ll go through 6-10 week phases including; heavy lifting, core specifics, advanced stretching, TRX series, Kettlebell series, conditioning and balance work. Best results with consistent attendance.  60 minutes. 

Zumba ® Fitness​

Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba® is a dance fitness workout for everybody and every body! Class is an interval-style total body workout that incorporates cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and is often called exercise in disguise. Each class incorporates Latin and world rhythms for a super fun, super effective dance fitness party! Come smile, sweat, dance, and turn “I can’t” and “I won’t” into “I-dare-you-to-stop me.”
