TRX Circuit Training
TRX Training is a workout and requires a lot of core involvement in every exercise with the use of a suspension trainer. This means you get a total-body, strength and cardio workout every time, with a particular focus on those stabilizing core and muscles. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. … Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. This class will provide you with both.
A total-body crusher, Bootcamp is designed to get your heart rate up and tone all over. We’ll incorporate both cardio and weights to push you outside your comfort zone. High intensity, high reward! 45 minutes.
A low-impact, safe option to build strength and muscle tone. Traditional barbell and dumbbell exercises are paired with core movements for a total body workout. Special focus on sculpting glutes and abs with modifications available for all levels. 45 minutes.
Build your strength, improve your agility, and increase your cardiovascular heatlh with this total body workout. Each class you’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, bosu balls, the TRX, battle ropes, stability discs and more for a core, cardio and strength challenge. Different every week, this class is designed to be an efficient and fun workout that will let you leave feeling accomplished. Appropriate for all fitness levels. 45 minutes.
Concept Athletics is an intermediate/advanced sports performance class with a focus on power, strength and agility. Every movement made in the gym will have a functional application towards the activities you love doing outside of the gym. Expect to lift, jump, sprint, and spin your way to success.
High-intensity interval training combines strength with conditioning to give you the burn you deserve. We use multiple formats to keep each class fresh, challenging, and fun. Prepare to blast through fat in a safe and effective environment. All levels are welcome!
The Women's Open
Sunday’s are officially for the girls. Join us for a supportive, scalable and challenging workout every weekend. Expect to work on basic strength movements such as the squat, deadlift, push ups and planks. Be prepared to learn new exercises that will reward you with incredible results. We like crushing our workouts, but we like to have fun, blast music and empower each other! All levels are welcome. Our drop in rate is $12 and you can join us anytime between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Concept Elite is an intermediate/advanced circuit style class sure to challenge everyone. This burner will test your strength and endurance in a supportive, energetic environment. Expect barbells, kettlebells, boxes, free weights, and more. Join us if you’re ready to crush goals and take your fitness to the next level. You deserve it!
All Levels Flow Yoga
This vinyasa style class links breath with movement to find spaciousness in the present moment. The class focuses on breath awareness, building heat in the body, and cultivating stillness of the mind. Students will be guided to meet their edge, observing the body and mind in moments of challenge and ease with non-judgement. The class is open to all levels of practitioners with plenty of modifications and variations offered.
Mobility & Core
This class is the perfect addition to everybody’s current fitness routine. Each class features different static and dynamic stretches to increase your mobility as well as corrective exercises designed to improve your postural stability. You’ll reinforce healthy movement patterns by layering in core exercises designed to strengthen your abs and glutes for an overall healthy spine. Appropriate for all levels.
Stretch & Stability
All those things that you know you should do but don’t make time for. This class is a gentle, self-care opportunity for a total body stretch with a bonus focus on improving balance and coordination. Appropriate for all levels and geared to provide relief for those with back, shoulder, hip, and ankle pain. 45 minutes.
Zumba ® Fitness
Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba® is a dance fitness workout for everybody and every body! Class is an interval-style total body workout that incorporates cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and is often called exercise in disguise. Each class incorporates Latin and world rhythms for a super fun, super effective dance fitness party! Come smile, sweat, dance, and turn “I can’t” and “I won’t” into “I-dare-you-to-stop me.”
