Competition and countless sport related injuries led to an obsession with achieving optimal performances regardless of personal circumstances. From getting the most out of every workout to chasing the next big goal, we’ve charged ahead to innovate and change the way our community achieves their goals from day one.
We’ll sit down together during your consultation to discuss your current level of physical health, test your metrics, and discuss your future goals. Following the consultation we’ll create a sustainable action plan that works for you, your schedule, and your budget. During your time training with us you can expect us to treat previous of current injuries, deliver precise exercise prescription, and walk you through proven nutritional strategies. Each month you’ll hit new milestones, crush goals, and adjust your plan accordingly based on what works and what doesn’t. We will review and retest your goals and metrics quarterly to ensure you’re making the progress you’re looking for.
You’ll sit down and talk with one of our highly educated massage therapists to discuss your current level of physical health, past injuries/ surgery’s, current complaints and future goals which will allow us to know exactly what it is you would like to gain from treatments. We’ll create a sustainable action plan that works for you, your schedule, and your budget. Each treatment will help you improve on your physical performance, body function and muscle recovery. We will review goals after each treatment to ensure we are on the right path to achieving your goals!
We offer a diverse selection of classes to provide you with an experience you will love. Our elite instructors are hand selected from various specialties throughout the community and promise safe, effective, results-driven workouts.
You’ll begin with our free nutrition consultation which evaluates your current standing and allows us to provide you with a meal plan delivered to you each week. This plan gives you direct support from your nutritionist as well as a customized meal plan with recipes, and a shopping list weekly. Once you’re signed on with us you will be enrolled into your plan of choice, hit a slew of milestones, test and review your goals, and lastly adjust accordlingly to reach new heights!
