Injury Rehabilitation

We all tend to think of injury as something that will simply “get better” yet we forget that once we’ve been hurt our body carries those scars for a lifetime. We like to utilize the following analogy. If you came to us to lose 30 lbs, worked your tail off, changed bad habits, and achieved your goal then reverted back to old habits and stopped exercising you would put all of the weight back on. The same can be said in regard to injuries and pain management. You need to work to keep yourself healthy and pain free just as you would to stay in good physical condition. We’ll help you accomplish just that. 

Rehab Protocols

The path to regaining range of motion, strength and function requires a sustained and coordinated effort from the patient, his or her family, and other healthcare providers. While each individual’s progress differs based on their age, health, rehab compliance and injury severity, our team has established a virtual injury rehabilitation protocol process which includes therapeutic exercise, time frames, precautions and progression criteria that help ensure a safe return to activity and sport.

Testing and Review

During this period we’ll review your goals, whether or not you are where you want to be, and what new goals, accountability measures, and habits we’ll be implementing to ensure your continued success.
