The human body doesn’t operate off one system. Individuals don’t have the same goals nor do they have the same medical history and experiences. There is not a cookie cutter approach to ones wellbeing. Everyone we see here at Concept is on their own plan. Some client’s succeed with group fitness only, others work with an Athletic Trainer to mend old injuries while simultaneously seeing a strength coach to develop a strong foundation around the injury. Many clientele utilize our free nutrition support group while others choose to go all in on a specific meal plan. We tailor our approach to YOU based on exactly what YOU need.
We work in collaboration with external physical therapists, other fitness studios, physicians, chiropractors, structural integration specialists and more. Sometimes you need specialty care in conjunction with your routine here. Rather than holding you hostage to our services will often refer out to other professionals that we collaborate with to ensure you are getting the best possible care.

You choose what you are willing to commit to. We do encourage a minimum of 180 minutes of exercise per week in conjunction with a sound meal plan. The way you achieve that however is completely up to you. Many of our clientele choose hybrid programs. They’ll take one class per week, utilize the online training app, work individually with a coach one to two days per week and join the free nutrition support group.
Our pricing is completely tailored to the individual therefore there is no true “cost.” Our pricing is structured around the services you choose to utilize. Every service we offer has a free offering from your first training session to your first class. We encourage you to try everything and see what works best for you!
Yep! When you get started with us your initial training session is free of charge this is where we’ll get to know you, take down some baselines and see how you’re moving. You’ll be encourage to take a free class, meet with our nutritionist for free and join any of our free support groups so you can get a true feel for what you’re joining.
